This course was held on the 14th and 15th of May 2007.  Lecturers from the School of Chemistry (Paul Ashall and Hassan Ali), a lecturer from the School of Food Science and Environmental Health (Rita Dempsey) and a lecturer from the School of Control Systems and Electrical Engineering (Gavin Duffy) delivered a series of lectures on downstream processing.

The course was attended by staff and post graduate students from the faculties of Engineering, Science and Tourism and Food in the DIT.
